BEYOND: The Cary Film Festival is an annual short film and screenplay festival that takes place in the heart of the Triangle, Cary, North Carolina. Each fall, engaged audiences, local, new, and established filmmakers, industry professionals, and special guests from around the country come together to celebrate the art and craft of short filmmaking, participate in panel discussions and workshops, and experience a live reading of our winning screenplay. Join the Cary Farmers Market for the traditional market season along East Park St., next to Downtown Cary Park. Find a wonderful lineup of vendors offering all locally made and locally grown items. Shop for freshly-harvested produce, humanely-raised meat, and artisan-made goods. Stop by the info booth to learn about their matching program for SNAP/EBT. Children can also get their very own Farmers Market Passport and participate in the Eat-A-Rainbow program, which encourages children to eat healthy, nutritious foods. Daytime vintage markets are back in Cary, which means it’s time for some fall shopping!! Join us from 12-5pm on September 12th for a day of vintage shopping, craft beer and more!
