Thankful Together

It’s a week to be grateful and we have a lot of reason for thanks here in Downtown Cary.

So, we thought why not ask you, what you’re grateful for here in our awesome downtown. We heard from some of our local business owners about Thanksgiving and Fall specials, and you filled up the comments in our Instagram post

A few really jumped out at us…

Giana from Cotton House and Triangle Beer Company told us, “We’ll be showcasing our fall cocktail specials (Falling Down, Deja Brew, Cary’s Favorite Cocktail, etc.) and we will have the Amanda Peach Duo performing on Friday, and Lounge Lizards performing on Saturday. We are so thankful to be a part of a community that is so fond of supporting and shopping local. Without our neighbors, we would not be where we are today!”

Diana from Geluna Gelato told us, “We will be closed on Thanksgiving to spend time with family but we’ll be open on Wednesday and Friday serving up hot chocolate and other treats in our cozy shop. We are thankful to be a part of the Downtown Cary community and for the opportunity to be a part of its regeneration.”

We also checked-in with Leanna from Once in a Blue Moon Bakery, “For holiday themed items we will have turkey shaped and decorated sugar cookies, pumpkin cookies, and our year round pumpkin apple bread. Our biggest hit that week will be our pies which are typically made to order. We do expect to be extremely busy baking pies well into the night and in the early morning. We are thankful for our wonderful customers, we appreciate everyone coming back each year!”
