New recently hit about an official ribbon cutting date for the much-anticipated opening of the updated Downtown Cary Park. We have confirmation that the ribbon cutting will be on November 19th, so hold that date knowing more details are to follow.
The Downtown Cary Park team has been busy working, and providing great updates through their Instagram, be sure to head over and check it out.
With more than 500 annual programs and events, the Downtown Cary Park will sure to have something for everyone.
“Progress at the park has been going great and the team has been working hard to get the Park ready for opening later this year,” said Joy Ennis, General Manager of the Downtown Cary Park.

Even with the ribbon cutting set for November 19th, we anticipate work to continue as the year rounds out, which is ok, it just means we’re asking all of our DTC friends to be patient with the opening of his amazing upgrade downtown.

“Once the Park opens, you can expect to see Park staff working on fine-tuning our operations to meet the needs of visitors and guests,” added Joy.
