The 48th annual Lazy Daze Arts & Crafts Festival was tons of fun. We are so honored to have such an amazing event in Downtown Cary. For those who missed it, or those who went and want a recap of their exciting weekend, take a look below for what happened at Lazy Daze this year:
Artist Market
Over 250 artists from across the country were at Lazy Daze showcasing and selling their art! Whether you were interested in paintings, ceramics, leather, jewelry, sculptures or so much more, Lazy Daze had it all.
Live Entertainment
After browsing the art market, guests made time to enjoy all of the live entertainment! Lazy Daze had four stages with a mix of live entertainment, including beach folk, jazz, bluegrass, reggae and more, along with roving entertainers throughout the festival.

Chalk Walk
From the Lazy Daze festival all the way to Downtown Cary Park, 11 chalk artists drew their own artistic creations on the pavement. Each piece was inspired by the theme “Kaleidoscope”. Attendees made their way down the Chalk Walk for some fun photo opportunities!
Lazy Daze Bingo
Attendees could pick up a Bingo card from the Lazy Daze information booth and check off the boxes as they explored the festival. Once they got a Bingo, they could bring it back to the information booth and claim a pair of Lazy Daze sunglasses!
