Join more than 50 food vendors at Downtown Cary Park to savor the flavor of incredibly unique pimento cheese infused dishes. Previous years have seen creative culinary feats including pimento cheese ice cream (don’t judge ‘til you try), pimento cheese egg rolls, pimento cheese empanadas, and much more.
