This art deco theater, built in 1946 and restored in 2014, screens new and classic movies and hosts live performances.

Housed in the former Cary High School, this historic landmark is alive with regular performances by local, regional and national artists, as well as classes, camps and studios.

Downtown Park

Opened in 2017, and the first phase of a planned seven-acre park, this space plays host to film screenings, musical performances, and a variety of other events.

Housed in what used to be the Page-Walker hotel, built in 1868. The center includes the Cary Heritage Museum and the Anne B. Kratzer Educational Gardens.

Greek Revival-style mansion built in 1915 with a ballroom that hosts weddings and other events.

Gothic revival-style home built in 1874, the grounds of which host the Cary Downtown Farmers Market each Saturday.

Queen Anne-style dwelling built in 1896, which at one point housed teachers and principals from what had been Cary Academy across the street.

Guess-White-Ogle House

Portions of this Queen Anne-style home date to 1830. In 1896 Baptist minister John White bought the house and attached a three-story tower and bay window. Its pink color makes it a standout on Academy Street.
