Bost Custom Homes plans to build an 11,035 square foot, 3-story building in Downtown Cary. It will feature office space, including their new headquarters, as well as retail and restaurant areas. Located at 305 Bowden St. and 306 Field St., the building aims to add to the northern side of downtown Cary with a human-scaled streetscape. Scheduled to break ground in 2025, the project will take about 14 months to complete and marks Bost’s first venture into non-residential development.
