We are a small, family owned business. We met while both living in London. Lovers of travel and good food, we spent many weekends and long holidays all over Italy in search of authentic Italian cuisine, finishing every meal with gelato, of course! When we decided to move to Cary, we knew we wanted to find a way to bring authentic gelato with us. So, we studied in Bologna, at Carpigiani’s Gelato University and went on to train with a master gelato maker.
