Let the harmonious blend of sound and visuals transport you to a realm of serenity and inner peace. \nIf you’re unable to join us for the Sound Bath\, don’t fret! You can still experience the captivating artwork of Rhett Hissam illuminated on the Great Lawn Pavilion from June 17 to June 23. Come witness the beauty and power of “Recurrent Change” under the evening sky. \nKnow Before You Go\n\nThis program is free and open to the public.\nThis program is suitable for ages 16 and older\nThis is a drop in program.\nParticipants should plan to bring a mat or something comfortable to sit on for the Sound Bath. The Park has a limited number of yoga mats for guests to use\, but it is first come first served.\n\nInclusion Services\nDowntown Cary Park strives to provide a positive experience for all guests.
